Cell phone madness...
I just had a had a bizarre call from Cingular. First of all, they called me on the home phone line. Second of all, they ask me about my satisfaction with their service after I just had a dropped call with Moises. Third of all... well, they were pretty tolerant of my answers. Like I said: bizarre!
Cingular Rep: Rate from 5 to 1, 5 being the most satisfied, how you feel about our service
Me: Well, it would have to be a 4. You guys are cheap and give great minutes although my calls get lost quite often.
CR: Oh, well do you want a service representative to call you to discuss your complaint?
Me: Nah, I don't want to talk to you people more than I have to, thanks.
CR: Well, all right, I just have one more question for you Miss Manuel.
Me: Sure, sure.
CR: Would you like to hear about our special features?
Me: Okay.
CR: Would you like to hear about our new phones?
Me: Um... I thought you said one more question.
CR: Well, it's the same sort of question over and over again.
Me: Oh...
