Not A Day Off...

It has been a while, I know. I doubt anyone reads this since I do not go advertising it on FB or anything. This journal is really for me.
I am home from work today 'cuz I am an idiot when it comes to what I eat. No more spicy foods for me. I spent most of the morning puking my guts out and being in so much pain I could not move and I had to call out to work. I have never done that in my life! I thought that I had to be dying to have to call in and while I am not dying, being in pain at work would have been bad for me and the customers. Hence, a day off… not one that I am enjoying, but one where my stummy is roiling and my rib area is tender to touch. I hate the toilet and yet it seems to be my best friend at the mo'. It is just terrible...
