Eh hem... so, it has been an interesting week. I got really sick from SOMEONE in my apartment. I still have this lingering cough, though. It's annoying. I hate being sick. I wish that I could cough up my lungs already.
Oh, by the way, Happy Mother's Day! I, unfortunately, had to work this morning so my Mother will have to hang out with me tomorrow. She wants to go shopping. Yay.
I got my extra refund from the gov't, but it's just for paying bills, man. I cannot afford to save my money. I got it on Friday and it is already more than half gone. If SOMEONE hadn't gone crazy and bought a Wii with her refund, she could have paid me back the last two months of our phone bill. Dangit.
Lessee... at the moment we are watching Star Wars on SPIKE. Love the original movies the best. Not the remastered crap... the ORIGINAL. That reminds me... we went to see Speed Racer on Friday. It was great! I thought there were lots of pretty colors and images. It was definitely interesting how they did the back stories. I liked it a lot. The only thing I was surprised at was the amount of bad words in it. It was a PG movie and they said the s-word at least twice and the a-word more than a few times. Considering how many kids were in the audience, I was alarmed. I was like, "Is this a PG-13 movie? It has to be." Hmm... and the movie before Speed was Forbidden Kingdom. What? Jackie Chan and Jet Li in the same movie?! Yes!! Gimme, I want. Jet Li as the Monkey King was so adorable. Loved it to pieces.
Huh... I like going backwards.
